July 2, 2013, On June 10, 2013, I published a post regarding the efforts of a few – less than a handful – attorneys in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut, USA, who continue to discourage The 1st USA Placed Victim-Survivor of Canadian Scoops from pursuing his complaint within a class action effort, because, as he says they told him, “what does it matter anyway…”
As unfortunate as this small group of attorneys’ continuous efforts to dissuade him from achieving justice, compensation and closure continue to be, the good news is that his prior efforts have cleared the way for the few thousand other USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canadian Scoops to pursue their own complaints.
If you or anyone you know are/may be a victim-survivor of Canadian Scoops placed in USA please fill out the contact form below. Your inquiry and contact information will be kept confidential. The class action attorney will contact you directly or, if you prefer, we will give you his information and you can contact him at your leisure.
