Funny Thing About The Success-To-Date of USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canadian Scoops

September 25, 2013, If so many (and there have been so very, very many) weighty legal and legislative professionals had not dismissed the effort ‘USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canadian Scoops’ as totally unachievable, we would never have gotten the 1st USA Placed Victim-Survivor of Canadian Scoops recognized by TRC-Canada and, as a result, USCIS, thus leaving a nice footprint by which other victims can hope to one day also be recognized and reap the benefits of that recognition.
It really was their total disbelief in the worth of these victims that gave us the space to do what needed to be done, including the gathering of legislative support. If the naysayers had been more involved our efforts would have drawn more attention too soon in the process; we would not have been able to accomplish what we have so far if there had been that additional scrutiny.
Of course now that this effort has achieved a significant-reliable- scalable level of success, their support would, in the TRC-Canada appeal process and the development of class action suits, be helpful.
