Reconciliation is a Monetary (and Emotional) Battle

A result of insufficient funds, USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canadian Scoops (and those victims-survivors of Canadian Scoops placed in west Europe) are not going to be acknowledged within the mandate of TRC-Canada, i.e., their applications requesting recognition by TRC will be rejected and victim compensation will either be rejected or so small as to be insulting.

With those rejections on file and in hand indicating all remedies within the TRC have been  exhausted, civil courts may offer victims-survivors of Canadian Scoops a forum within which to have their tragedies truly adjudicated.

Good Luck!
