Hard to believe that the worst interpretation of the logo could weigh more than the interpretation of that of the many more North American Indians who leaned on the Washington Redskins popularity and the team’s logo the meaning of which was ‘strength’ when in all other areas of their life there was prejudice against them because they were not ‘white’.

STILL Only 1 Victim of Canada Scoops/60’s Scoops Placed in USA is Recognized-Certified By ALL Involved ‘Governments’, And He Is Taber Gregory/Taber Meier/Henry Desjarlais

September 3, 2016 § Leave a comment

September 3, 2016, There is still only 1 victim of Canada Scoops recognized-certified according to legal standards- a ‘Victim of 60’s Scoops/Canada Scoops Placed in USA’, and that is Taber Gregory, Taber Meier, Henry Desjarlais (same person) of Wilton, Connecticut, USA. Canada Scoops, 60’s Scoops has been considered a genocide by federal agencies of the federal governments of both Canada and USA. There are at minimum a couple of thousand victims of Canada Scoops/60’s Scoops Placed in USA.

Merchant Law Group class action lawsuit that named Wayne Snellgrove of Miami, Florida USA the class action representative in legal papers and to the media, misrepresented Wayne as being the only recognized USA Placed Victim-Survivor of Canada Scoops, & it has stalled out in part because they did so, However, Again,

Wayne is not recognized -certified a victim of Canada Scoops/60’s Scoops by any government, not by USA government (USCIS), not by government of Canada and not by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC). Only Taber Gregory/Taber Meier/Henry Desjarlais has been recognized by both Governments of Canada and USA, and by INAC.

That doesn’t mean that Wayne isn’t a victim of Canada Scoops placed in USA.

December 9, 2015, Somehow North American and west Europe media has been misinformed; It is NOT True that the recently concluded Truth & Reconciliation Commission – Canada did not recognize any victims of Canada Scoops – Sixties Scoops – 60’s Scoops placed in USA and west Europe, i.e., TRC – Canada recognized 1 USA Placed Victim-Survivor of Canada Scoops, Taber Gregory, a.k.a., Taber Meier, a.k.a., Henry Desjarlais. That TRC-Canada recognition was then used to achieve expedited approval of his US Citizenship on basis of him being victim of that particular genocide. Soon after TRC-Canada was informed of this achievement, the mandate of TRC-Canada was edited to exclude victims of Canada Scoops who were not kept within Canada but who were instead placed in…

Class Action On Behalf of USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canada Scoops, Stopped/Stalled (they had the wrong vic)

July 22, 2016 § Leave a comment

July 22, 2016, The class action initiated by Merchant Law Group (Tony Merchant) on behalf of USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canada Scoops and that positioned, incorrectly, Wayne Snellgrove as class action representative has been ‘stopped’.

The impediment, Merchant filed legal papers and spoke with media, including CNN, expressing that Wayne was The 1 & Only USA Placed Victim-Survivor of Canada Scoops when in fact, 1.Wayne is not a certified victim of Canada Scoops, 2. Only Taber Gregory, Taber Meier, Henry DesJarlais is the 1 and only Certified  Victim of Canada Scoops placed in USA.

It’s everyone’s hope that Mr Gregory and Wayne will work together to achieve justice for themselves and other USA Placed Victims-Survivors of Canada Scoops, of which there are at minimum a couple of thousand in USA. We know that in west Europe there are at minimum several hundred victims of Canada Scoops.

Not A Problem Unique to North American Indians, Judicial & Prosecutorial Misconduct Keeps This North American Indian Imprisoned

May 30, 2016 § Leave a comment

May 31, 2016, Certainly not a problem unique to North American Indians, judicial and prosecutorial misconduct on top of plain old human error, may have kept this North American Indian imprisoned for more than 40 years. He’s requesting clemency from Obama, (and he should get it; even when throughout these 40 years saying ‘guilty’ would have given him parole, he wouldn’t do it, what does that tell you, i.e., he is innocent).
